administration area and click on Layout:


Then click Edit Html



Using the browser search tool search for the string:

and replace with the following string:

\u0026lt;b: if cond = 'data: blog.pageType == " " Index '>
\u0026lt;title> \u0026lt;data:blog.title/> \u0026lt;/ title>

\u0026lt;title> \u0026lt;date : blog.pageName /> \u0026lt;/ title>

Finally click "Save Template" at the bottom right:
