From 1 January 2011 the collection of INPS credits no longer takes place through the tax notice issued by ' collecting agent on the basis of the roles but transmitted through a notification of a notice to be enforceable.
The rescheduling granted by INPS may cover only claims in the administrative namely those for which there is still debit advice nor are been transmitted to Equitalia.
