The Inland Revenue has decided to exclude the penalty applied to people who received tax bonus of € 150 in December 2007 without having the expected requirements. Given that the social security institutions have carried out the provision of tax breaks automatic route, based upon the information in their possession, the pensioners concerned may submit an application for annulment of the penalty area to be forwarded to the Office of the Revenue, using the application form attached to n.3566 message of the day February 11, 2011 .
