With Circular No 170/2010 , the INPS has listed the new for 2011 on unemployment benefits to meet the needs of mechanization services to citizens and expedite the payment of compensation.
From 1 January 2011, the submission of applications for non-agricultural unemployment with ordinary requirements may be done online. The channels through which to lodge applications are:
1) Web - e-services portal accessible directly from the INPS PIN;
2) Integrated Contact Center at no 803164;
3) Unions or Brokers.
The Institute allows the presentation in the old way for a transitional period of three months.
